The mission of the San Antonio Leathermen is to:
● Build and maintain a queer community and brotherhood of individuals who enjoy
wearing leather, rubber, uniforms and other gear.
● Preserve and teach the histories of LGBTQIA+ leather culture, leathermen, and gear
cultures.
● Create social spaces and opportunities for LGBTQIA+ individuals to freely express
themselves.
● Support charities & nonprofits that focus on LGBTQIA+ issues and general public
good both monetarily and acts of volunteer service.

The San Antonio Leathermen exist to connect seasoned enthusiasts and newcomers alike, providing a space to learn, grow, and gear up together.
Beyond our own circles, we actively extend our mission through strategic fundraising and hands-on volunteerism—proudly supporting the local LGBTQIA+ community and the city at large. By stepping up, giving back, and standing visible, we smash outdated stereotypes and bring authentic normalcy to living the leather lifestyle out loud. Whether meeting for a relaxed social or driving impactful charity work, we ensure everyone is safe, seen, and celebrated exactly as they are.
